Fancy hosting a pamper party for your princess??

This party was for 12 girls and included face masks, makeup, nail polish and hair styling. We also had a couple of party games and a choreographed dance routine. This party was a great success.

My first customer ....adorable girl....adorable style.

A very pretty updo on beautiful natural curls.

Dutch braids into a loopy bun, leaving some curls free because they were just too cute to hide!....

Hair Bows

Lady Gaga made them cool and I'm making them gorgeous. Haha.

More simply beautiful braids.

Gorgeous eye catching styles created by sectioning off and creating almost a net effect. Secured in a pony tail and curled using a curling tong or looped into a curly bun this style is perfect for any special occasion.

Beautiful, heat free, bouncy curls are created by sleeping in bantu knots.

A bantu knot is a section of hair that is dampened and twisted into small buns and secured with a hair tie.

This style would require 2 visits. 1 before bed to create the bantu knots and the second to remove and style the curls. Adding a simple clip and pinning up the front is usually all that is needed to make this style look magical.

 More twists.

First style is simple and effective. It can be styled up with hair bows and ribbons and also by turning the bunches into twists or buns or braids.

The second style is just lovely. Three twists into a french plait. Add in a beautiful hair bow or ribbon and you're ready to party.

Braiding looks gorgeous in most hair, even very curly hair can be braided into a lovely style.

These photos show some different styles of braiding that create lovely looks. I favour the neatness of the dutch braid which is the one that sits neatly on the head and stays in really well, so is great for parties, weddings and long days at school.

The first style being simply two braids from top to bottom. This style is very popular for dance shows and exams in tap and jazz.

This is the same style done two ways.

One good thing about this is that co-ordinating hair ties can be used to add an injection of colour. Another good thing is that it is easily adapted from one to the other.

The first is the curled version where all of the hair is curled using curling tongs.

The second one has just the sections that are in hair ties curled. The contrast between the straight hair underneath and the curls over the top look really pretty.

As simple as this is to create, my daughter received tons of compliments on this style.

These styles are slightly more complex and will take a little longer to create. The top style has braids into a ponytail and then the ponytail is braided and styled in a way that creates loops. The ends can be let out and either curled or left straight to create this look.

The second style has a little bit of twisting into bunches and secured into a messy piggies as I call them. Very pretty and the criss cross detail on the back is very eye catching. This style is great for a party.

Unusual Braids

The first picture is of the very beautiful cage braid (so named as it looks a little like a rib cage).

The second is the twisted braid made up of twists twisted together!!

Beautiful buns

Perfect for dance or a special occasion these buns add a little of the wow factor that isn't always seen in a standard ballet bun.

The first being a twisted bun and the second a cage bun.

The third style is a sectioned twisted style into a loopy bun. so pretty and girly.

The first 2 styles are more dependent upon the length of hair than some others.
